The City Assessor will review the Administrative Review Application and make a determination whether the proposed split/combination is allowed by state law. The Assessor will also determine if the split/combination request may be administratively approved or if the request will require a
separate application submission to the Planning Commission.
Please do not apply to the Planning Commission unless you have been directed to by the City Assessor.
