Tax Bill Payment Options

Please consider making a contactless payments rather than in-person payments.  The City offers several options to make payment of your tax bill without being in-person.  Mail, and dropbox are all encouraged and free.  Electronic payments by credit card or-check do come with a convenience fee.

Postmarks are not accepted.  Post-dated checks are not accepted and will be returned to the taxpayer.

You can now pay your utility bill online with a credit card or e-check by clicking here.  You will be re-directed to the BS&A Payments website to make a payment.

Fees:  Please note there is a convenience fee paid directly to BS&A if you choose to utilize this option:

  • Credit Cards:  Utility Billing & Misc Payments 2.95% plus $0.50 per transaction
  • Credit Cards:  Taxes 2.8% plus $0.50 per transaction
  • E-Checks:  Flat Fee of $3.00, up to $10,000
                        Flat Fee of $10.00, anything over $10,000

Drop Box
All payments placed in drop box after hours will be posted to your account the next business day. Two drop boxes are available 24/7 at City Hall.
