Going Out of Business or Closing/Selling Your Business
Every licensee must notify the City Clerk at least two weeks prior to going out of business. Please complete the Business Closed or Sold form below.
Going Out of Business or Closing Sale
Any business that conducts a "going out of business" sale or any sale indicating that the business is liquidating their inventory and/or leaving the location, is required to register their sale with the City Clerk.
A complete, itemized inventory, along with the appropriate fees, must be submitted to the City Clerk before beginning the sale.
