Services For Your Safety

Child emergency stickers now available

Parents and guardians can store medical information about their child right on the child’s car seat or in the glove box.

The City of Northville is making these emergency notification sticker forms available to residents through a program funded by the State of Michigan. These small forms have a yellow and black striped cover. The inside form can be completed with contact information and notes about a child’s special medical needs in case of emergency.

These emergency stickers help first responders identify crucial information during vehicle crashes and other emergencies where the child is in the vehicle.

To obtain a sticker, please visit the police department at City Hall during business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
